The Bluestone Review is accepting submissions by mail or email for its 30th edition through March 1. Email is preferred.
The Bluestone Review, published annually, is the literary journal distributed by Bluefield College.
Admissions are accepted from the community and surrounding areas with a special call of Bluefield College students. The Bluestone Review is asking for poems, short stories, fiction, creative nonfiction, song lyrics, photographs, paintings, and drawings.
Submissions must be 750 words or less and no more than five submissions are accepted from one contributor. Please attach your name, address, contact information, and one biographical sentence. The journal is free to contributors and may be picked up around the Bluefield College campus, and in various local bookstores for $2 for non-contributors.
Dr. Rob Merritt holds The Bluestone Review together with its rotating staff of Bluefield College students. This year, Noel Saunders is co-editor of The Bluestone Review.
Plans are being made for a reception in late April.
