Marion found the end zone first in the second quarter when Jordan Miller took a five-yard run to the house.
The lead wouldn’t last long as Gate City answered twice, giving the Blue Devils a TD advantage going into the half.
Gate City added two more in the third quarter.
Marion closed out the game with a four-yard score from Hunter Robinson, suffering a 28-14 loss.
