The Virginia Highlands Festival is excited to announce our new location for Juried Fine Art & Photography at the SWVA Higher Education Center–indoors, air conditioned, and showcasing in the same location as several other Festival events, including the Antiques & Vintage Show, the Library Vintage Book Sale, Writers’ Day, and numerous other lectures and workshops.

Intake days are Saturday and Sunday, July 17 & 18 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. for photography and 2-5 p.m. for Juried Fine Art at the Higher Ed Center, One Partnership Cir., Abingdon.
