Oracle Temple resumes in-person gatherings

Oracle Temple is a multi-faith church that meets on the third Friday of the month at Oracle Campus in Independence. Monthly Temple Talks feature guest speakers, who share their spiritual reflections and facilitate high-level discussions.

On Friday May 19, Oracle Temple will resume its in-person gatherings, starting with a pot-luck dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the Oracle Campground Pavilion. The Temple Talk will start at 8 p.m. with a bonfire at the Kogi Kiva firepit and New Moon celebration.

The theme this month is “What We Believe,” and Rev. Laura George, JD will share a pluralistic message of unity. Oracle Temple honors all the faith traditions represented by residents of Grayson County, as well as the right to Religious Freedom enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.
