Wythe Raceway has struggled with Mother Nature many times already this season. Wythe Raceways biggest show of the year “Fireworks 2022” was rained and will be rescheduled.

This, adding to three rainouts in a row in May, makes for a rough start at the ½ mile clay super speedway. Wythe Raceway teams up with Pyrotecnico Special FX Fireworks to do all their fireworks, with the busy 4th of July weekend the Fireworks 2022 will be scheduled for a later date. This coming Saturday night is the “All New Kid’s Goldrush”, spreading over 10,000 coins over the front straight of the speedway, the kids will be cut loose with loot bags and have a blast collecting coins. The “All New” part will be adding toys, prizes, and candy into the mix of the ten thousand coins. This is a great time for kids, with Bouncy Houses and Bicycle Giveaways, it doesn’t get much better!
