The first Vintage Base Ball game in Withers Park is May 19, 6 p.m.
Three games are scheduled for the Wythe County Vintage Base Ball teams – The Bereans vs. The Deacons. Two are in Withers Park and a third game is to kick off the 2022 Chautauqua Festival Balloon Glow at Wytheville Community College June 17 at 6:30 p.m. The other games scheduled are part of The Homestead Series where the traveling team – The Wytheville Statesmen will play The Abingdon Blues.
The Wytheville Statesmen will travel to Georgetown, Kentucky in August for a four-team tournament.
