A Wythe County dream of more than 20 years is becoming a reality – officially.
On March 29, Wytheville officials will hold a ribbon-cutting at 11 a.m. at the Wythe County Decorative Arts Museum as the Willowbrook Jackson/Umberger Homestead opens.
The nine-acre Homestead includes the museum, smoke house, spring house, Umberger cabin, kitchen house and blacksmith, gunsmith and woodworking shops.
