Wythe County Community Hospital earned a top honor this week at the LifePoint Leadership Conference held in Brentwood, Tennessee.
The award recognizes excellence in health care delivery and is given annually to one facility within LifePoint’s network of hospital campuses.
In addition, the hospital’s chief executive officer Vicki Parks received the Fleetwood Award from LifePoint. The Fleetwood Award is presented annually to a hospital leader who exemplifies the values and spirit of LifePoint’s former chief executive officer, the late Jim Fleetwood.
