The Wytheville Police Department hosted a group of 6- to 8-year-olds for Kids Public Safety Camp. The youngsters toured police headquarters, toured a police patrol vehicle, conducted a simulated traffic stop using radar, simulated a police shooting range with Nerf guns and tried on uniforms for size.
