Wythe County Community Hospital welcomes Megan Aker as its new People Services Director.
Aker brings more than 16 years of progressive HR experience to Wythe County Community Hospital. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania, a Bachelor in Business Administration from Averett University, Danville, Virginia, and an Associate’s in Social Science from Virginia Western Community College, Roanoke. She holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and from the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
