The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry College IHSA Team won its third straight show to open the season on Saturday at home, also sweeping the individual awards. The Wasps posted 20 top-three finishes on the day.
Freshman Amelia Bowen of Wytheville claimed second in the Novice division, behind Wasp teammate Maddie Whitley.
E&H was the team champion while Western Carolina University finished as the reserve champion team.
