As Christmas Day nears, Wythe County Arts Council announced that the 2023 Festival of Trees winner was the team of Angeline Lloyd and Rachel Jones for their entry “Let it Poe, Let it Poe, Let it Poe.”
This tree was not only the fan favorite but also inspired several Spiller Elementary School students to read works by Edgar Allen Poe.
