The Lincoln Theatre and Smyth County Library’s Marion branch are partnering for a Tots Toons & A Tasket event for the 4 and under crowd.
Those in the age group are invited the second Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. for a free movie and craft time at the Lincoln.
The program is free.
