As temperatures heat up, so does the film programming at The Lincoln Theatre!

Mark your calendars for The Lincoln Theatre’s three film series: Friday Flix, Film Freaks, and Golden Oldies.

Friday Flix is a film series at The Lincoln Theatre celebrating films celebrating their 50th anniversaries. Admission is $5.

The film schedule is as follows: June 16, 7 p.m. Serpico;

July 7, 7 p.m. Enter the Dragon;

Aug. 18, 7 p.m. The Sting;

Sept. 22, 7 p.m. The Way We Were;

Oct. 27, 7 p.m. The Exorcist;

Nov. 10, 7 p.m. Paper Moon.

Have you ever watched a film and wished you knew the details and history behind the finished product? The Lincoln Theatre is hosting an interactive film program titled Film Freaks on the first Friday of every month at 7 p.m. Admission to the program is free.

Film Freaks, The Lincoln Theatre’s premier interactive film series, will promote social awareness through film discussions. Film curator Katelin Aanerud is presenting this monthly discussion-based film series consisting of a lecture, top secret film screening and group discussion.

Golden Oldies will occur June 13, Aug. 8, and Sept. 12 at 11 a.m. at The Lincoln Theatre.
