Dowtown Wytheville has finalized the kids parade route for the July 3 street party.
Changes this year include not crossing Fourth Street for safey reasons. Officials with the town said that cruise-in and other traffic will be in that space.
The downtown organization also promised a special surprise from Wytheville Fire & Rescue.
