Galax no-hit the Maroons on Friday, handing George Wythe a 10-0 Mountain Empire District loss.
Luke Jollay and Colton Green worked the hills for GW, with Jollay fanning eight Tide hitters. Galax erupted in the bottom of the fifth for eight runs.
