Nashville sounds coming to the Lincoln on June 18

Lina Davis, Lang Scott and Bill Whyte will take the Lincoln stage on June 18 for an “Evening in the Round.”

Expect good tunes and humor as the trio of singer/songwriters pass the microphone and spotlight around. Davis, Scott and Whyte are three of Nashville’s most talented songwriters and will bring a taste of Music City to Marion.

Davis is a three-time Grammy award winner and a member of the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame. Many will know her from her performances on the Grand Ole Opry, and her world tour with Reba McEntire and Kenny Rogers. Scott and Whyte are both award-winning songwriters that have written and recorded with the likes of LeAnne Rimes, Joe Nichols, and Ray Stevens. Some may recognize Scott from the television series You Can Be A Star , where he claimed the winning title. Meanwhile, Whyte has had a career focused on broadcasting for stations like 650 AM WSM The Legend and has been inducted into the Country Radio Broadcasting Hall of Fame.

Audiences will enjoy a Saturday evening of songs, stories, and laughter with the trio.

The show begins at 7 p.m. and tickets are available starting at $25.
