Wythe County has received funds from the Department of Environmental Quality to make repairs to the existing sewer system on the eastern side of Wythe County.
Work on the project will start the first of June. The repairs will continue through the fall. If you have public sewer, there may be repairs near your home and along the roadways. The trunk lines that will be repaired are along Reed Creek and close to the major farming operations along Reed Creek.
