After much urging from the public, Titans of the Cage is back in action.
The fight promotion will return with Titans of the Cage 30 to the Wytheville Meeting Center on Nov. 6. Though there isn’t a bad seat in the house, two large projection screens ensure mixed martial arts fans don’t miss any of the action.
Two seasoned veterans and former Titans of the Cage champs will battle in one of the main events on the card. Micah “The Original” Sheffey of Ring Combat Sports in Wytheville will take on Dylan Smith of Elite Grappling in Lebanon.
Both Smith and Sheffey have strong ground fighting influences, but both are well rounded and both have recorded KO’s and TKO’s on the feet.
Smith will be looking to become one of the rare individuals of TOC who have held belts in multiple weight classes, while Sheffey hopes to reclaim the lightweight title he once held .
Both men are excited to get back to fighting after an extended time away from the cage due to the pandemic.
This card is stacked with over 20 hard hitting full contact MMA bouts. Doors to the meeting center will swing open at 4 p.m. and the first bout will start at 5 p.m.
