All good things come to an end, and Chautauqua 2023 draws to a close with an early start on Saturday, June 24.

The 5K run begins at 9 a.m. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. Entry fee is $35.

Also at 9 a.m., classic cars will cruise into Withers Park for the Chautauqua Cars in the Park gathering until noon.

The music gets an early start, too, with Thomas Anthony presenting hits from all genres at the Upper Shelter at noon. Anthony is a multi-instrumentalist based in North Carolina.

At 6:30 p.m., Carrie Brockwell will take the Main Stage. A country artist, Brockwell has released a four-song EP “Impressions.”

Lily Rose plays the Main Stage, closing the festival at 8:30 p.m. Rose plays pure, raw, unflinching country as shown with her debut hit “Villain.” A Georgia native, Rose draws inspiration from the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Keith Urban and Katy Perry.

Artisan of the Day for Saturday is Laurel Creek Pottery.
