The Wythe County Sheriff’s Office came together for a remembrance ceremony held for Deputy Cliff Dicker. On Dec. 6, 1994, Deputy Cliff Dicker paid the ultimate sacrifice when he was murdered in the Line of Duty. Sheriff Charles Foster and the Sheriff’s Office vow to never forget Deputy Dicker and his sacrifice.
